Confidential Careers seeks a Head of Control Room to lead a 24/7 operational command center, driving service excellence and customer satisfaction across our UAE fleet and mobility network. You will oversee real-time fleet operations, incident management, and service monitoring, guiding safe, reliable delivery while building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in fleet management or related control environment.
• Proven leadership in control room or command center operations.
• Experience with dispatch systems and GPS tracking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Control Room operations for fleet and mobility services.
• Monitor real-time transportation operations and service performance.
• Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and performance management.
• Oversee incident response, crisis management and business continuity activities.
• Ensure adherence to operational KPIs, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, reporting frameworks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of control room professionals.
