Job summary

Client of MM Management Consultant in Dubai is seeking an experienced Flight Operations Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Flight Operations team, ensuring safe, efficient and timely execution of all flight support services.

The successful candidate will lead operational teams, coordinate global flight support activities, ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company SOPs, and act as the primary operational escalation point during a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Flight Dispatcher license required (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. Aviation-related qualification preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in Business Aviation, Flight Operations or Trip Support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the Flight Operations team and ensure seamless flight support services.
• Lead, supervise, mentor, and coordinate shifts and handovers; monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and aviation regulations; maintain accurate records.
• Build strong client relationships and respond to operational requests while maintaining service quality.
• Prepare daily shift and handover reports; escalate critical issues to senior management.
