We are seeking an experienced Head of Control Room to lead and optimize our 24/7 operational command center, driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across our fleet and mobility network.

About the Role:

As the Head of Control Room, you will oversee real-time fleet operations, incident management, service monitoring, and operational decision-making. You will play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of transportation and mobility services while leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Control Room operations for fleet and mobility services.
• Monitor real-time transportation operations and service performance.
• Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and performance management.

Qualifications:
