Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking a Project Development Engineer for Security Systems in Dubai. You will design security solutions (Access Control, CCTV, ELV) and perform site surveys, coordinating with subcontractors to capture precise requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation or similar.
Minimum UAE experience 4–5 years estimating Security and ELV systems.
Strong negotiation and vendor-management abilities.
Proficient with MS Office, Visio and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, English fluency.

Responsibilities

Design security systems solutions including Access Controls, CCTV and ELV systems.
Conduct site surveys within the assigned territory and coordinate with subcontractors.
Attend sales presentations with Sales Engineers and gather specifications to produce solutions.
Lead customer communications to resolve issues and ensure alignment with project scope, timelines and requirements.
Collaborate with Operations, Procurement and Commercial teams to align the proposed solution with customer needs.
