Alloy Enterprises in Dubai is seeking a Project Development Engineer - Security Systems to support the pre-sales team by estimating security and ELV solutions for aftermarket projects. You will conduct site surveys, gather customer requirements and coordinate with vendors.
You will participate in presentations alongside Sales Engineers, drive solution design, and ensure alignment with project scope, timelines and customer needs within a dynamic technology environment in the UAE.
The Project Development Engineer - Security Systems is key a role directly reporting to Pre Sales Lead . You will be based in Dubai office and will be part of a growing team and be responsible for driving the growth of business for Aftermarket division segment of Building Technology and Solutions with focus on Security & ELV Systems.
You will be supporting sales team on application specific jobs and product information. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to support the team with the pre-sales/estimation.
As an Experienced Project Development Engineer you need to have a complex knowledge in designing security systems solution involving Access Controls, CCTV and other ELV systems. You will carry out site surveys for the assigned territory and involve subcontractors and vendors as required. You will be attending sales presentations with the sales Engineers.
As a Project Development Engineer you will be interacting with end users via phone or in person to gather information regarding the specifications to be produced, resolve problems. Market knowledge of different security brands and suppliers is essential. You will be using strong customer relationship skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers and vendors).
As a Security & ELV solution specialist, you will be leading the peer-to-peer meetings with Operations; Procurement, commercial team and other internal stake-holders as necessary to ensure project scope, objectives, timeline, and customer requirements are complied as part of the solution proposed to the customer.
