We are seeking a skilled and proactive ELV Project Engineer with expertise in security solutions to lead the design, implementation, and management of advanced electronic security systems. The ideal candidate will drive projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring technical excellence, timely execution, and compliance with all relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and execution of ELV security systems, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle — from proposal development and design to installation, testing, and final handover.
• Oversee installation and commissioning of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and related security technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections, assess client requirements, and prepare detailed technical documentation including schematics and layouts.
• Ensure the preparation and accuracy of all project documentation such as shop drawings, technical submittals, and as-built documentation.
• Provide technical support and on-site troubleshooting throughout the project to resolve system issues effectively.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to recommend system enhancements and ensure compliance.
• Manage project costs, monitor financial performance, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards throughout project execution.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in ELV/Security Systems project engineering.
• Solid hands-on experience in the design, implementation, and troubleshooting of security solutions, including ELV systems, CCTV, access control, and intrusion alarms.
• Prior experience working on projects in the Middle East or similar international markets is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
• Must hold a valid driving license and be willing to travel to various project sites as needed.
