Honeywell Technologies is seeking an Application/System Sales Engineer (UAE National Only) based in Dubai to spearhead pre-sales, solution design and value engineering for access control and security solutions across the GCC.

You will partner with sales teams, design end-to-end architectures, present concepts, respond to RFPs, and mentor engineers while ensuring regulatory compliance and technical excellence in customer engagements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, CS) required.
• Proficient in Arabic and English.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge about Electronic Security systems (ACS, VMS, IDS, integration platforms).
• Good understanding of IP networking and cybersecurity concepts; experience with system integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the technical authority for LenelS2 and Honeywell Security portfolios including Access Control Systems, Video Management Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and Integrated Security Platforms.
• Design end-to-end security architectures aligned with customer requirements, standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform value engineering to ensure optimal technical and commercial solutions.
• Partner with sales teams to support opportunity qualification, bid strategy, and deal closure.
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and POCs to customers, consultants, and partners.
