Job summary

GuidePoint Security is seeking a Service Delivery/Project Manager to support engineering leadership in the UAE. You will oversee proposals, SOWs, Change Orders, and ensure accurate data entry into COGS, Salesforce and JIRA, while coordinating with Vendor Relations to manage certifications.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in IT/security, experience in services delivery or project management, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years IT, security, or business-related experience.
• Experience in services delivery or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and multi-task effectively.
• Willingness to learn and use AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist VP of Engineering in monitoring services related reporting including pipeline, WIP, and proposal status.
• Manage proposal creation and workflow including Statements of Work and Change Orders.
• Input accurate data into COGS, Salesforce, and JIRA.
• Coordinate with internal Vendor Relations Management to manage certifications.
• Address invoicing and accounting issues with internal teams.
• Manage staff augmentation process including scoping, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Document the full lifecycle of the services process.
