Job summary

GRIEBS PROPERTIES LLC in Dubai is seeking a Secondary Property Consultant to handle buying and selling of existing properties, working closely with clients to understand needs, present options, and close deals.

You will negotiate, coordinate viewings, maintain client relationships, and guide clients through legal and financial aspects, while tracking market trends and updating listings to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in secondary property transactions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
