Job summary

Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based brokerage specializing in residential and commercial properties, including secondary and off-plan sales. We are seeking a driven real estate professional with proven Dubai market experience to grow our client base and close deals in the Dubai secondary market.

Ideal candidates have a strong track record of meeting sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and can work independently or as part of a team. A valid UAE driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience.
• Proven experience in secondary market transactions.
• Strong track record in property sales and closing.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai secondary market.
• Experience handling buyers, sellers and property owners.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
