Job summary

Enclave Dubai is a Dubai-based brokerage founded in 2025, specializing in residential and commercial properties, including off-plan sales. The firm seeks experienced real estate consultants with at least 3 years in the Dubai/UAE market to drive deals and grow the portfolio.

You will work with fresh daily leads, receive full marketing support, and benefit from a generous 50%-70% commission structure, visa and health insurance, and ongoing training to advance your career within the Millionaire

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Dubai/UAE real estate sales experience.
• Strong off-plan sales experience with leading Dubai developers.
• Proven track record of closing high-value transactions.
• Experience handling fresh, qualified leads and converting them into sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
