Ideal Profile

• BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching or supporting Secondary SENDco, inclusion, special education, or learning support provision.
• Strong understanding of inclusive education, differentiated instruction, and student support strategies.
• Ability to work effectively with secondary students who need academic, emotional, or learning access support.
• Proven track record of outstanding learning and teaching.
• Reflective and solution-focused mindset with willingness to collaborate and share effective practice.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to supporting students inside and outside the classroom.
