Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured EAL lessons tailored to varying language proficiency levels
• Prepare students for external assessments including IELTS Academic and EAL or ESL examinations
• Develop Individual Language Plans to address specific student needs
• Monitor progress and conduct regular review sessions with parents and stakeholders
• Support students across subjects to ensure full curriculum access
• Assess and record student performance to maintain high academic standards
• Create inclusive classroom environments that promote confidence and engagement
• Contribute to school activities, events, and professional development initiatives

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in TESOL, Linguistics, or related field
• Recognised teaching qualification such as PGCE, preferably with EAL focus
