Aldar Education is recruiting a Receptionist (UAE National) for Muna British Academy in Abu Dhabi. The role covers front desk reception, student attendance administration, admissions support and general school office duties.

Effective communication in English and Arabic is required, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience and on-site work arrangement. The successful candidate will be a key contact for parents and visitors, ensuring high-quality customer service while upholding the school's

Formación

• High School Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of receptionist/administrative experience.
• UAE nationality.
• Excellent English and Arabic written and verbal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook 365.
• Ability to operate office equipment and maintain organization.
• Experience in customer-focused roles in the region.
• Immediate availability to start.

Responsabilidades

• Reception and customer service for parents, students, visitors and staff.
• Answer, screen and transfer calls per school procedures.
• Provide information about the school and admissions process.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area and manage stationery.
• Assist with attendance records and basic clerical tasks.
• Support admissions inquiries and MIS data entry as needed.
• Coordinate transportation for visitors when required.
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure a smooth front desk operation.
