Job summary

Aldar Education is seeking a Receptionist (UAE National) for Muna British Academy in Abu Dhabi, commencing immediately. The role is a front-desk ambassador providing high-quality service to families, children, visitors and staff.

The school is relocating to Saadiyat Island and follows the English National Curriculum. You will greet visitors, assist admissions, manage attendance, and support administrative tasks in a busy campus environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum two years' experience in a similar receptionist/ front desk role.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality customer service to families, visitors and staff at the front desk.
• Greet visitors warmly and manage inquiries in person and over the phone.
• Answer parent queries with accurate information about the academy.
• Assist with student admissions and registration processes during initial enquiries.
• Maintain attendance registers and coordinate with class teachers daily.
• Log admissions enquiries into the MIS system and arrange transportation when needed.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and stocked with stationery and brochures.
• Provide general administrative support as required by the SLT and school staff.
