Job summary

You will handle Microsoft 365 administration, device management (MDM), and AV support, while contributing to security controls and system maintenance in a dynamic international school environment.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a school or education setting
• Experience working in a service desk environment, with an understanding of service desk systems
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Provide full service desk support to staff and students
• Support staff in classroom and online
• Manage user accounts including Microsoft 365 administration
• Support collaboration and document sharing tools
• Maintain hardware and network services for availability
• Monitor school infrastructure and troubleshoot devices
• Assist with security and endpoint protection
• Coordinate with IT partners for projects and incidents
