Taaleem is seeking an HR support professional to deliver effective people-related HR services within the school. You will be the key contact for new, current, and exiting staff on employment matters, providing expert guidance to School Leadership on HR issues and ensuring compliant processes across onboarding, visa, payroll, and records.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree holder; recognized HR qualification or professional accreditation preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a supportive HR role; UAE Labour Law understanding preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of HRMS an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary point of contact for all school staff on HR issues (contracts, terms, payroll, housing, policies, leave).
• Coordinate onboarding for all incoming staff, including IT setup and staff ID processing.
• Coordinate visa, work permit, KHDA/ADEK applications, renewals and cancellations; ensure staff have valid contracts and documents.
• Coordinate staff inductions and pre-employment communication to ensure readiness.
• Maintain confidential employment records and HRMS data; generate HR reports for leadership.
