Job summary

Spiky Media & Sound - F.Z.E in Dubai BurJuman is seeking a proactive Studio Administrator to support daily operations and grow client bookings. You will coordinate with our sound engineer, handle inquiries, and maintain client records and payments.

The role also involves basic accounting, social media content creation, session coordination, and delivering projects on time. Immediate joiners are preferred, with on-site duties during the afternoon and evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Good English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of recording studios or music production.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or management.
• Basic social media and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily studio operations and coordinate with our sound engineer.
• Handle WhatsApp inquiries customer bookings and follow-ups.
• Maintain customer records payments and basic accounting.
• Manage social media and create basic content.
• Coordinate recording sessions and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Help increase studio bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Submit a daily written report.
