Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager to lead Saudi sales and operations in the HVAC & MEP contracting sector. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background, proven sales achievements, and an established network of MEP contractors and consultants across Saudi Arabia.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 10+ years of senior sales leadership, and a driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering is required.
• 4–6 years of hardcore technical sales experience (Manager/Asst. Manager).
• 10+ years of experience leading a sales team (Senior role).
• Valid Saudi/UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, MEP, and technical products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand HVAC/MEP sales across Saudi Arabia.
• Develop weekly sales plans and conduct regular client field visits.
• Build relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and close high-value projects.
• Conduct technical presentations and Lunch & Learn sessions for clients.
• Lead, mentor, and achieve targets through the sales team.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development strategies.
