Job summary

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking an experienced SAS AML technical Project Manager to lead a complex migration from SAS AML 7.1 to SAS Viya 4 in Dubai. You will own the end-to-end delivery, project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment across SAS, Compliance, AML Operations, Technology, Infrastructure, Security, and related teams.

The role requires 12+ years in project management with large technology transformations, banking or regulated sector experience, and ability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certification, or equivalent project management qualification preferred.
12+ years of project management experience, including delivery of complex technology transformation or migration initiatives.
Experience managing large-scale projects within banking, financial services, or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end SAS AML migration project from project initiation through production deployment and transition to BAU support.
Define and maintain the project plan, milestones, deliverables, resource requirements, dependencies, risks, and budget.
Coordinate closely with SAS Professional Services/Implementation Partners, Compliance, AML Operations, Technology, Infrastructure, Security, Architecture, Testing, and Business teams to ensure successful delivery.
Drive project execution and ensure all stakeholders meet their commitments and deliverables within agreed timelines.
Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design discussions, migration planning, testing activities, cutover planning, and production readiness reviews.
