Job summary

Azizi Developments is seeking a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Manager to lead the global HRIS landscape, focusing on Employee Central, LMS, PMGM, Onboarding, and Recruiting Management. You will oversee upgrades, configurations, and integrations with Smart Recruiters and other platforms.

The role requires strong data integrity, governance, and stakeholder management, ensuring regulatory compliance and secure HR processes across the organization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SAP SuccessFactors, including EC, LMS, PMGM, Onboarding, and RCM, to ensure system accuracy, security, and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP SuccessFactors-related queries, issues, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
• Oversee system configuration, updates, business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, enhancements, and integrations with payroll, timekeeping, Smart Recruiters, and other internal or third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, implementation partners, and other departments to identify system requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor data integrity and ensure accurate employee records, organizational structures, reporting relationships, workflows, and HR master data.
• Lead and manage SuccessFactors implementations, upgrades, enhancements, testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Support the implementation and integration of Smart Recruiters with SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant systems.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, functional specifications, process documents, training materials, and user guides.
• Train HR administrators, managers, and business users on SuccessFactors functionality and recommended practices.
• Generate and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor SAP SuccessFactors releases, evaluate their business impact, coordinate regression testing, and recommend relevant features for adoption.
• Ensure HR data privacy, system security, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal policies.
• Manage relationships and service-level agreements with implementation partners, system vendors, and support providers.

Role Description

The SAP SuccessFactors HRIS Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining the organization’s SAP SuccessFactors platform. This role ensures that the system meets the needs of the HR department and the wider organization while maintaining data integrity, system functionality, security, and continuous process improvement.

The role requires hands-on functional experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Learning Management System (LMS), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Onboarding, and Recruiting Management (RCM). The HRIS Manager will also lead system upgrades, implementations, enhancements, and integrations with other platforms. Knowledge or experience with Smart Recruiters will be an advantage.
