Job summary

Sephora Middle East is seeking a hands-on Enterprise Applications Analyst to deliver SAP SD projects and manage end-to-end OTC and Supply Chain processes. You will bridge business stakeholders with SAP/tech teams, drive testing, deployment, hypercare and operational handover in a retail environment.

You will analyze processes, manage interfaces, and promote standard SAP capabilities while coordinating with global teams and partners. Fluency in English is required; Arabic or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in enterprise-scale project & programme management; S/4 Migration experience advantageous.
• Proven enterprise project/programme management in large-scale retail, multi-country environments.
• Hands-on SAP SD experience in retail with OTC, Supply Chain, pricing, and integration with inventory, logistics & Finance.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations/migrations; understanding ECC vs S/4HANA in OTC, Supply Chain & Logistics.
• Ability to assess business requirements, conduct fit-gap/impact analysis, and manage testing, deployment, hypercare & support.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification; ITIL and SAP Activate experience advantageous.
• Middle East retail or multi-market experience preferred, especially with regional commercial, tax, pricing & operational needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise application projects from requirements through deployment, hypercare and handover.
• Maintain project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, resources and governance across regions.
• Apply PMP/PRINCE2, Agile and SAP Activate where appropriate for predictable execution and change management.
• Analyze OTC cycle across sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, returns and credits with SAP SD.
• Manage Supply Chain activities: SAP configuration, delivery documents, stock checks and post-goods-issue processes.
• Evaluate interfaces and integrations (IDocs, APIs) across the ERP landscape; assess impact of changes.
• Evaluate proposed solutions for functional fit, dependencies and total cost of ownership with architects and partners.
• Provide post-go-live support, testing, documentation and knowledge transfer.
