Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Enterprise Applications Analyst to deliver SAP SD projects, manage end-to-end OTC and Supply Chain processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams across the Middle East region.

The role combines hands-on SAP SD work with project/programme management, requiring strong stakeholder engagement and delivery discipline. Arabic/French a plus; English fluency required.

Qualifications

• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification required.
• ITIL, service transition, and SAP Activate experience advantageous.
• Experience in enterprise-scale project/programme management in large-scale retail, ideally multi-country.
• Hands-on SAP SD experience in retail with strong OTC, Supply Chain, and integration knowledge.
• Experience migrating to S/4HANA (OTC, Supply Chain & Logistics).
• Bachelor-level degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise application projects and programmes from requirements through deployment and handover.
• Own project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, resources and governance.
• Analyse OTC, pricing, delivery, and billing processes within SAP SD and related modules.
• Assess interfaces and integrations (IDocs, APIs) and promote standard SAP capabilities.
