Al-Futtaim Automotive in the UAE seeks an MIS Manager to deliver accurate management reporting and actionable insights for Aftersales. You will lead dashboards, data reconciliation and cross-functional analysis to support budgeting and forecasting.

The role requires 3–5 years in MIS/analytics, advanced Excel and strong Power BI/Tableau skills, plus SAP familiarity. Collaboration with Finance and IT is essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of MIS, reporting or analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau skills.
• Experience with data cleansing, KPI calculations, automation and visualization.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and distribute accurate MIS reports.
• Develop and improve dashboards and analytical solutions using Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx.
• Maintain reporting repositories and reconcile data across systems and brands.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Analyze market, sales, financial and operational performance.
• Partner with Finance to validate targets, incentives and monthly entries.
• Develop service contracts and pricing across brands.
• Ensure business packages and SMCs are created in SAP.
• Coordinate system access through GRC and resolve IT issues.
• Support Aftersales SOP implementation.
• Lead and develop two MIS Executives.
