Job summary

TechnipFMC in Dubai seeks a Materials Coordinator to manage end-to-end material flow across its Dubai operations. Responsibilities include DN creation in SAP, packing readiness, labeling, PGI, and GR in SAP with inventory control.

The role involves handling shipping documents, customs paperwork, and coordination with Freight Forwarders, ensuring accurate data and timely shipments within UAE trade regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3-5 years of logistics coordination or warehouse operations experience.
• Hands-on SAP MM/SD process experience.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation — import, export, DNs, GR, PGI.
• UAE logistics environment experience preferred, particularly Jebel Ali Free Zone customs and clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Delivery Notes in SAP.
• Coordinate packing readiness, labeling, and collection handover.
• Post Goods Issue (PGI) after shipment collection.
• Post Goods Receipt (GR) in SAP following inbound shipments verification.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and storage locations.
• Coordinate shipping documentation with customers and freight forwarders.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and update stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
