Job summary

Progressive GE in Dubai is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations from order to delivery. You will handle inventory control, documentation for import/export, and liaise with freight forwarders and 3PLs from Jebel Ali area.

The role requires experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365) and bonded warehouse rules, with a focus on cost-efficient routing and timely shipments. Immediate availability is preferred for this onsite position in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Experience with freight, shipping docs, and bonded/Free Zone rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order placement through final delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and 3PLs to ensure timely shipment execution.
• Plan transportation routes and coordinate carrier schedules to optimize delivery performance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve transportation issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
