Job summary

Talent Arabia is seeking an SAP Success Factor Consultant (HRMS/HCM) in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM, TM) with a preference for SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience. Minimum of two SAP HCM payroll implementations required.

Responsibilities include resolving functional and technical issues and collaborating within a fast-paced team. Strong communication with peers is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM with functional and technical expertise.
• Implementation experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll module is a plus.
• Minimum of two SAP HCM Payroll implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Payroll (PY), OM and PA, with ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with peers.

Responsibilities:

• Resolving challenging functional and technical issues with strong focus on SAP HCM (PY, PA, OM and TM);
• +6 Years' of Experience in SAP HCM
• Implementation in SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll Module is a Plus;
• Minimum of two SAP HCM Payroll implementations
• Strong Knowledge in Payroll (PY) ,Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA);
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a team setting;
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with peers;
