Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a seasoned Data Migration and Governance lead to drive end-to-end migration strategies across global ERP programs in a highly regulated pharma environment.

You will own solution design, lead data discovery, and define source-to-target mappings while aligning with Enterprise Architecture and data governance. Strong English, SAP data models, and cloud-based ETL experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading Data Migration initiatives.
• Experience within pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries.
• Strong experience in Data Migration and Data Governance programs.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture and SAP data models.
• Experience with ETL and Cloud-based Data Migration solutions (AWS preferred).
• Understanding of GxP regulated environments.
• Proficiency with SQL databases and data analysis tools.
• Professional/Fluent English (C1).
• Proven stakeholder management and vendor coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define migration waves, cutover strategies, rollback procedures, and go-live readiness criteria.
• Establish best practices, methodologies, templates, and governance models.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams, specialists, and developers.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Application Owners, Integration Teams, and Data Governance.
