Job summary

InfoVision Middle East is seeking an experienced SAP C4C Techno-Functional Consultant to bridge functional and technical work within SAP Sales/Service Cloud environments.

You will configure processes, build enhancements with SDK/PDI, and develop Custom BOs and extensions while supporting integrations with S/4HANA via CPI and conducting data migration tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP C4C / SAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.
• Proven techno-functional C4C experience — not purely functional.
• Hands-on Cloud Applications Studio, SDK/PDI, ABSL & BODL.
• Experience developing Custom BOs and C4C extensions.
• Good understanding of Sales and/or Service business processes.
• Experience with SAP CPI / Integration Suite and S/4HANA integration.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP C4C Techno-Functional Consultant who brings together strong C4C functional expertise with hands-on SDK/PDI development capabilities.

The role will work across SAP Sales/Service Cloud, custom development, integrations, and production support within an enterprise SAP landscape.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Understand business requirements and design effective SAP C4C solutions.
• Configure Sales & Service Cloud processes, organizational structures, business roles, workflows, approvals, access controls, and reporting.
• Build C4C enhancements using SAP Cloud Applications Studio (SDK/PDI).
• Develop Custom Business Objects, extension fields, embedded components, actions, validations, and custom business logic.
• Work extensively with ABSL and BODL for C4C custom development.
• Support integrations between SAP C4C and S/4HANA using SAP CPI / Integration Suite.
• Work with OData/SOAP services, ID mapping, master data replication, and synchronization.
• Investigate and resolve integration, replication, and production issues.
• Participate in data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support.

Good to have: SAP Sales/Service Cloud V2 exposure, relevant SAP certifications, and experience in automotive, retail, or financial services environments.
