Job summary

I-Novate Arabia DMCC in Dubai seeks a SAP IS-Auto / Proaxia VSS Functional Consultant to support and enhance our Automotive Aftersales landscape. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP IS-Auto DBM, Proaxia VSS, and SAP S/4HANA Automotive solutions, and automotive dealership operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP Automotive experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP IS-Auto, DBM, Proaxia VSS.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize SAP IS-Auto / DBM and Proaxia VSS solutions for Automotive Aftersales operations.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprint activities.
• Configure and support Service Orders, Workshop Management, Service Appointments, Vehicle Reception, Parts & Inventory Management, Warranty & Goodwill Processing, Recall Campaign Management, Labor Operations & Pricing, Vehicle Health Check, Customer Quotations & Approvals.
• Participate in full lifecycle SAP projects including Requirement Gathering, Design, Configuration, Development Support, SIT/UAT, Data Migration, Cutover, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.

SAP IS-Auto / Proaxia VSS Functional Consultant with strong techno-functional capabilities to support and enhance our Automotive Aftersales landscape. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP IS-Auto DBM, Proaxia VSS, SAP S/4HANA Automotive solutions, and automotive dealership operations.

The consultant will play a key role in solution design, implementation, enhancement, integration, and support of end-to-end Automotive Aftersales processes including Service Appointment Management, Workshop Operations, Parts Management, Warranty Processing, Vehicle Service Management, and Digital Customer Experience initiatives.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, OEM partners, project teams, developers, and integration teams to deliver scalable and innovative automotive solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Configuration

• Design, configure, and optimize SAP IS-Auto / DBM and Proaxia VSS solutions for Automotive Aftersales operations.
• Lead business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprint activities.
• Configure and support:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
