You'll collaborate with program leadership, SAP functional and technical teams, and external partners to align requirements and ensure successful deployment across multi-system transformations.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP VSS Sales Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of vehicle sales processes within SAP S/4HANA Automotive solutions.

The SAP VSS Sales Consultant will be responsible for delivering end-to-end vehicle sales functionalities including lead-to-order, vehicle availability, pricing, order processing, billing, and delivery processes. The role involves close coordination with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful system design, integration, and deployment.

This role will work closely with program leadership, SAP functional and technical teams, and external partners such as Proaxia and Salesforce vendors to ensure alignment across integrated systems and business requirements.

The role requires strong expertise in automotive sales processes, SAP VSS/DBM solutions, and experience working in complex, multi-system transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional & Business Process Management

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP VSS Sales processes
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
• Define and document To-Be process flows covering:
• Lead to Order
• Vehicle Availability & Allocation
• Pricing and Discount Management
• Order ProcessingBilling and Delivery
• Ensure alignment of business processes with SAP best practices
• Support business in process optimization and standardization

System Configuration & Solution Design

• Vehicle Master Data
• Availability Check
• Campaigns and Promotions
• Work closely with SAP SD, MM, and FI modules for seamless integration
• Support Fiori applications related to sales processes
• Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and WRICEF objects

Integration Management

• Manage integrations between SAP VSS and external systems including:
• Payment Gateway
• DocuSign
• Doxis and other enterprise platforms
• Define and validate data flows, interface mappings, and integration points
• Ensure seamless end-to-end process integration across systems

Testing & Deployment

• Drive SIT and UAT cycles:
• Test case preparation
• Defect management and resolution
• Business validation and sign-off
• Support data migration activities and validation for:
• Pricing data
• Participate in cutover planning and go-live execution
• Provide hypercare support post go-live
• Coordinate with implementation partners (e.g., Proaxia, Salesforce vendors)
• Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, and integration teams
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure alignment with project timelines and governance standards

Support Governance & Documentation

• Maintain functional documentation including:
• Business process documents
• Support issue tracking, resolution, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with project governance and quality standards

Application Scope Focus

The SAP VSS Sales Consultant will primarily focus on:

• Integration with Salesforce CRM and external platforms
• Vehicle lifecycle management from lead to delivery
• Pricing, billing, and order management processes
