Job summary

Valleysoft is seeking an experienced SAP C4C consultant to help design and implement customer experience solutions for enterprise clients. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP C4C configurations and processes.

Responsibilities include configuring workflows, supporting Sales Cloud/Service Cloud capabilities, and ensuring smooth integrations with other systems. Strong English skills and hands-on project experience are essential.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in SAP C4C or SAP Customer Experience consulting on large enterprise projects.
Hands-on experience with SAP C4C configuration, workflows and enhancements.
Experience with SAP Sales Cloud or SAP Service Cloud.
Strong understanding of CRM and customer engagement processes.
Experience gathering business requirements and communicating with stakeholders.
Experience with testing, UAT, deployment and production support.
Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP C4C solutions.
Configure and maintain SAP C4C functionalities, workflows and business processes.
Support SAP Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud capabilities.
Support integrations between SAP C4C and other enterprise systems.
Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, middleware and integration requirements.
Troubleshoot incidents, service requests and production issues.
Deliver enhancements, testing, deployments and releases.
Participate in UAT activities and support defect resolution.
Prepare functional documentation and knowledge transfer.
