Job summary

Valleysoft is seeking an experienced SAP C4C consultant to join their UAE team in Dubai. You will design and optimize SAP C4C solutions, align business needs with CRM capabilities, and ensure operational continuity across large projects.

This role requires hands-on configuration, workflow design, and integration work with APIs and Sales/Service Cloud, plus strong stakeholder communication and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SAP C4C or SAP Customer Experience consulting on large-scale enterprise SAP projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP C4C configuration, workflows, and enhancements.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of CRM and customer engagement processes.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and communicating with stakeholders.
• Experience with testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP C4C solutions.
• Configure and maintain SAP C4C functionalities, workflows, and business processes.
• Support SAP Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud capabilities.
• Support integrations between SAP C4C and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams on APIs, middleware, and integration requirements.
• Troubleshoot incidents, service requests, and production issues.
• Deliver enhancements, testing, deployments, and releases.
• Participate in UAT activities and support defect resolution.
• Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.
