Job summary

Valleysoft | Center of Excellence in Dubai seeks an experienced SAP C4C consultant to translate business needs into SAP C4C solutions, configuring workflows and supporting Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integrations and ongoing operational continuity.

The role requires 4+ years in SAP C4C or CRM consulting, hands-on SAP C4C experience, and a strong CRM mindset with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in SAP C4C or SAP Customer Experience consulting on large enterprise projects.
Hands-on SAP C4C experience: configuration, workflows, enhancements.
Hands-on experience with SAP Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
Strong understanding of CRM and customer engagement processes.
Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and communicating with stakeholders.
Experience with testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
Very good command of English.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will help shape customer experience solutions that connect business needs with practical SAP capabilities. You will work across functional and technical stakeholders to support solution design, system improvement, and operational continuity, contributing to projects that require both strong consulting judgment and hands-on platform knowledge.
