Job summary

Valleysoft is seeking an experienced SAP C4C consultant to help design and implement customer experience solutions for enterprise clients. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP C4C configurations and processes.

Responsibilities include configuring workflows, supporting Sales Cloud/Service Cloud capabilities, and ensuring smooth integrations with other systems. Strong English skills and hands-on project experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SAP C4C or SAP Customer Experience consulting on large enterprise projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP C4C configuration, workflows and enhancements.
• Experience with SAP Sales Cloud or SAP Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of CRM and customer engagement processes.
• Experience gathering business requirements and communicating with stakeholders.
• Experience with testing, UAT, deployment and production support.
• Very good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SAP integration technologies and APIs.
• Experience working in retail, FMCG, or other large customer‑facing organizations.
• Experience working with international stakeholders.
