Bedashing Beauty Lounge in Abu Dhabi is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet clients, manage bookings, handle inquiries, and process payments.

You will coordinate with the salon team, maintain a tidy reception area, and support daily operations. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is preferred, and English fluency is essential.

This role offers a base salary of AED 4,000 plus commissions and opportunities to grow within a leading beauty group.

Qualifications

• Reception/front desk experience or hospitality background.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with computers and booking systems.

Responsabilités

• Welcome clients warmly and professionally.
• Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and walk-ins.
• Answer calls and messages promptly and courteously.
• Assist with service recommendations, promotions, and memberships.
• Process payments and maintain cash records.
• Coordinate with salon team to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep reception area tidy and inviting.
• Handle client feedback and resolve concerns promptly.
• Support branch with general admin tasks.
