Job summary

Bedashing Beauty Lounge in Abu Dhabi is seeking a friendly receptionist to greet clients, manage bookings, handle inquiries, and process payments.

You will coordinate with the salon team, maintain a tidy reception area, and support daily operations. Prior front desk or hospitality experience is preferred, and English fluency is essential.

This role offers a base salary of AED 4,000 plus commissions and opportunities to grow within a leading beauty group.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and walk-in clients efficiently.
• Respond to calls, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist clients with service recommendations, promotions, and membership information.
• Process payments and maintain accurate daily cash and transaction records.
• Coordinate with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Keep the reception area organized, presentable, and inviting.
• Handle client feedback professionally and ensure concerns are resolved promptly.
• Support the branch with general administrative and operational tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in reception, front office, customer service, or hospitality.
• Experience in a salon, spa, beauty, or wellness environment is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
