Job summary

Shaerp Next in Dubai seeks a hands-on Business Systems Specialist - Salesforce to own and optimize the company’s internal systems, ensuring Salesforce connects with finance, pricing and client onboarding. You will build, maintain and automate Salesforce data structures, flows and reports, collaborate with senior management and IT, and drive improvements across onboarding, invoicing and reporting.

The role requires strong Salesforce skills, data migration experience and the ability to document

Qualifications

5+ years in business systems, CRM, or IT operations.
Strong hands-on Salesforce experience with flows, data models, permissions, and dashboards.
Experience integrating CRM with accounting/ERP platforms.
Ability to document processes clearly and collaborate with external IT providers.

Responsibilities

Own and develop the Salesforce environment including data structures, flows, permissions, reports and dashboards.
Improve and automate workflows across onboarding, engagement, invoicing and reporting.
Support Salesforce integration with QuickBooks and other finance/operational systems.
Maintain the service and pricing catalog for proposals, billing and management reporting.
Improve data quality and manage data migration and migrations.
