Job summary

Buyers Edge Platform in Dubai is seeking a Salesforce data operations analyst to support internal stakeholders by resolving cases, validating data, and generating reports using CRM tools. You will identify discrepancies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help improve SOPs through documentation and updates.

A 1–3 year track record is preferred, with strong Excel skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic information systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related work experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Salesforce cases submitted by internal stakeholders with timely updates to Salesforce objects.
• Leverage tools to support data validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Identify data discrepancies, process exceptions, or system issues and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cross-functional data and process issues.
• Document issues, suggest SOP updates, and maintain process accuracy.
