Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a major banking project onsite in Abu Dhabi. You will design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, building workflows for case-management and customer servicing.

Proficiency with Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, and Salesforce APIs is required. Onsite work with relocation support for UAE visa is included; knowledge of Service Console, Omni-Channel, SLAs, and integration with enterprise systems will

Qualifications

Experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud.
Experience with customer-servicing or case-management solutions.
Banking/financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Build and enhance case-management, customer-servicing, escalation, and approval workflows.
Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
Configure Service Console, Omni-Channel, routing, queues, entitlements, SLAs, and Knowledge.
Integrate Salesforce with banking platforms and other enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot production issues and follow Salesforce security and development best practices.
