Socium - Teams Done Differently in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a major digital transformation programme within the banking sector.

You will design, develop, and customise scalable Salesforce solutions, configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud for banking processes, and build integrations with core banking or third‑party systems while supporting testing, deployment and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Banking or financial services domain exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, integrations, data modelling, security, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customise scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Configure and enhance Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to support banking processes.
• Develop using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and core banking or third-party systems.
• Support testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvements.
