Socium - Teams Done Differently is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for Salesforce CRM and banking transformation initiatives in the UAE. You will enable high-performing teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and collaborate across Product Owners, Salesforce and technology teams, QA, and operations.
The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM delivery within regulated banking environments.
Qualifications
- Experience as Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead in Banking/FinTech environments.
- Hands-on Salesforce CRM delivery within Agile projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce delivery environments and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a regulated banking setting.
Responsabilités
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more squads delivering Salesforce CRM and banking transformation.
- Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Salesforce teams, technology, and QA.
- Support backlog refinement and sprint planning with clear goals.
- Track Agile metrics and provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Ensure governance, risk, and regulatory requirements are followed.
