Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a major banking project onsite in Abu Dhabi. You will design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions, building workflows for case-management and customer servicing.

• Integrate Salesforce with banking platforms and other enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure solutions follow Salesforce security and development best practices

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud
• Experience working on customer-servicing or case-management solutions
• Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant Salesforce certifications would be advantageous

Work arrangement: Onsite

The project will cover the successful candidate’s UAE visa if they don’t currently have one. Relocation costs, including flights, accommodation, and other moving expenses, will not be covered.
