Job summary

Globant in Dubai is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and optimize Salesforce solutions.

You will gather requirements, map processes, create user stories and acceptance criteria, support UAT, and ensure smooth integrations that drive measurable business impact. Excellent communication and stakeholder mgmt skills are essential for timely, quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce workflows and integrations
