Job summary

MAN Dubai invites an experienced Training Manager for Sales to design and roll out sales training programs across the international area. You will coordinate across clusters, manage certification schemes, and align with HQ interfaces to enhance sales capabilities.

Your role requires handling complex tasks in an international environment, proactive work style, and fluent English communication. The position is based in Dubai and reports to the Sales and Product Management Area International.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales training programs for the team.
• Plan trainings across countries, manage capacity and budgeting.
• Identify and manage strategic training alliances with external providers.
• Continuously improve training performance based on feedback and outcomes.
• Analyze required competencies and align with HQ and clusters.
• Collaborate with MAN Academy and Dubai Academy for program delivery.
