Talent Higher in Dubai is seeking a qualified Sales Trainer to design and deliver training for both new joiners and existing sales teams. You will coach on consultative selling, handle objections, and support closing deals, with a focus on continuous learning and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the complete sales cycle and modern sales methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging sales training programmes for new and existing team members.
• Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new hires are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
