Job summary

Talent Higher in Dubai is seeking a seasoned Sales Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs for a growing sales team. You will onboard new hires, coach on consultative selling, and help raise close rates through practical role-plays and workshops.

You will partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps, measure training impact, and drive revenue growth through continuous learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Training, Enablement, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies.
• Experience coaching, onboarding, and developing sales professionals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging sales training programmes for new and existing team members.
• Conduct onboarding sessions to ensure new hires are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
• Coach sales professionals on consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Identify skill gaps through performance reviews and recommend targeted development plans.
• Work closely with sales leadership to improve team performance and drive revenue growth.
• Deliver refresher training, workshops, role-play sessions, and continuous learning initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
