Job summary

OSL is seeking a Sales Trader to lead electronic trading workflows, execute trades, manage risk, and collaborate with top-tier counterparties in a fast-paced, crypto-forward environment in Dubai.

You will optimize pricing, monitor PnL, and ensure accurate trade records while supporting cross-functional teams. The role requires experience across asset classes, deep knowledge of trading systems, and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Weekend/holiday coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in trading with a leading institution across digital assets, commodities, equities, FX, fixed income, or derivatives.
• Strong familiarity with electronic trading systems (including algorithmic and benchmark execution) and end-to-end trade processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• From order flow to execution, hedging, settlement, and monitoring electronic pricing, you’ll manage every step with precision.
• Generate actionable insights to refine strategies and optimize pricing mechanics.
• Ensure accurate trade records, reporting, and PnL tracking, driving transparency and operational excellence.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to fuel trading revenue in alignment with our ambitious business plan and be able to drive more trading volumes through new and existing clients.
• Work closely with colleagues across departments and the group to enhance internal trading systems and our tech stack.
• Follow institutional-grade trading best practices to deliver first-class service in every interaction.
