Job summary

OSL is seeking a Sales Trader in Dubai to manage end-to-end trading processes, from order flow to settlement, and to drive revenue through client trades. You will work with electronic trading systems, develop pricing strategies, and monitor PnL in a fast-paced, crypto-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of trading experience, a finance/business/economics/CS degree, and a solid grasp of trading technology. Weekend availability may be required to cover markets.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of trading experience at a leading institution.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or CS.
• Strong knowledge of electronic trading systems and end-to-end trade processes.
• Interest or hands-on crypto experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage order flow to execution, hedging, settlement, and pricing monitoring.
• Generate insights to refine strategies and pricing mechanics.
• Ensure accurate trade records, reporting, and PnL tracking.
• Identify opportunities to fuel trading revenue with clients.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance trading systems and our tech stack.
• Follow institutional-grade trading practices to deliver first-class service.
