Job summary

ABB in Dubai is seeking a role to support the sales organization as a technical resource. You will prepare product descriptions, determine costs, and create final documentation onsite for the assigned region.

You will conduct analytic studies to tailor solutions, develop new sales opportunities, and help achieve orders, NPV, and NPS targets across product groups in the UAE. Fresh graduates in engineering are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience or fresh graduate in Engineering.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; good communication skills.
• Customer-focused with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice and solutions to customer inquiries.
• Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine optimal technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain sales opportunities and resolve customer problems; help hit orders, NPV and NPS targets.
• Help ensure budget goals, volumes and profitable growth across product groups and regions.
